Service is week to week. Cancel anytime — text (309) 300-6725 and your card on file is deleted.

How billing works

Your card is charged automatically after each completed visit: $17 per visit at the founding rate, plus $5 for each additional pet. One-time and first-time cleanups are quoted individually (from $45) and charged after the visit.

Founding rate

Founders keep the $17 founding rate while weekly service runs continuously — pausing for a trip keeps the rate, but cancelling loses it ($20/visit on return). New customers after the price rise pay $20/visit.

First-visit promise

If you're not happy after your first visit, tell us within 48 hours and it's free.

If we can't get in

If we arrive and can't access your yard — locked gate, or an aggressive dog in the yard — the visit is billed as completed.

If we miss you

If we miss your scheduled day, that week's visit is free or refunded — your choice.

Pausing

Going on vacation? Text us to pause. No charges while paused.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card on file within 5 business days.
